After seeing this marketed as something to help with ADHD, I wasn't expecting it to go in the direction it did. And I didn't even start getting into it because it required a lot of focus. Then even setting it on the fastest speed wasn't very fast, and I'm not a beginner to the stuff that's leading through. It would be great if it had an entry quiz to determine where to start. I also don't have money to subscribe and will likely miss any email for the free things.

Warning: it is not a quick fix that can be completed in a few minutes. It is not the type of app that gives provides predigested tips and strategies for dealing with mental diagnoses. It is not appropriate to do on lunch breaks at work I was approved for the free trial, so I can only speak as to the first section. It was very introspective and difficult for my ADHD brain to digest, but I was at a point of desperation in my life so I stuck with it. It ended up being a powerful tool for healing.

My daughter highly recommended this for me, but I have vision issues (only 5% use of my right eye) and I could not see the largest available text. The contrast of the text and the background also made it difficult to see. It would be nice to have an audio option in the future, along with a few more accessibility options.
